What does everyone think about Todd Monken as HC? I'm not sure he'd even be interested in the job but maybe if MB made him an offer where he'd have a lot of control, he'd take the job.

Imagine that Monty-actually hiring a staff with experience and success. Your complete failure to understand and demand that from your HC is why you must fired along with the arrogant smug punk you hired to get humiliated by the hardworking experienced division FO and staffs.
