  1. Seumalo and Allgeier are impactful signings. Everyone else is a depth guy or low end starter at best. Cardinals still have ~$40m cap space but there's hardly anyone left worth spending money on. Calais Campbell probably signs for ~$5m if he decides to keep playing.

    Spending close to the cap floor instead of ceiling and signing mostly depth guys instead of impact players seems like MOs MO at this point.

    I think your grading is a little high on optimism; only two A- grades for me in Seumalo and Algier; the rest of your A grades I had as B & C grades; your C - grades I had mostly at C- = I realize in todays world a "C" seems like a failed grade, but over-inflated grades do not impart a challenge to get an "A" of excellent. I feel like overall the FA moves get a solid C. I would say any GM could have done just as well as MO - so average.

    Spending on CC should be a priority - even @40, he still has more impact on our DL more than either of our 1st round draft picks.
